Shipping

All of our products ship from our shop in Shady Cove, Oregon.  We ship in the domestic United States and worldwide. We ship most items via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Packages weighing 13 ounces and less ship first class mail. Our mattresses ship via UPS ground for calculated cost. 

We never charge additional fees for handling. 

Returns Policy
Most bedding is not returnable due to health considerations; we guarantee to ship you BRAND NEW, unused bedding. If you have a problem, please call us within three days within receiving your item; we will work it out with you. Our phone is 541-201-0808.  Please do not attempt a return without getting into contact with us. 

Returns we do accept are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
