Shipping & Returns

To ensure that gift orders arrive by Christmas Day please order no later than December 12 for domestic shipments.  Mattresses are excluded, production and shipping takes up to six weeks.



Returns and refund policies:

Our products are made to the highest standards of quality and workmanship. We stand behind them, and gladly replace and refund any product you receive that is defective or damaged plus return shipping. In the rare occurance that our item isn't to your preference, we will accept it back unused and refund you for the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee when the item arrives and has been inspected. Return shipping in that circumstance is paid by the customer.

Shipping policies and practices:

Most of our products ship from our shop in Shady Cove, Oregon (zip code 97539).  We ship in the domestic United States and worldwide.
We ship most items via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Packages weighing 13 ounces and less ship first class mail. Our mattresses ship via UPS ground for calculated cost. 

We never charge additional fees for handling. 

International customers: rates vary widely and we do our best to calculate weights and dimensions of our finished products as accurately as possible.  At times there may be a discrepancy in what our website calculates and what it actually costs to get your order to you; therefore we may have to charge additional shipping via PayPal invoice before we can send your order out.  Customers are also responsible for paying duty and taxes on items purchased from us.


KellyGreen Organics has worked very hard to maintain the Green America Green Business Pledge.  We recycle and reuse materials to be used as packaging and for shipping.  These materials can be and are not limited to: cardboard boxes, the heavy gauge plastic our wool batting arrives in, brown paper and trimmings from our industrial serger. 

A major responsibility at Kelley Green Organic is to properly re-use and re-purpose the many wonderful packaging materials we have available to us, including boxes, peanuts and bubble-wrap. Recycling requires effort and expense, but it's important to reduce our carbon footprint and help our community of Shady Cove, Oregon. We thank you for supporting sustainable business practices.


Returns Policy

Most bedding is not returnable due to health considerations; we guarantee to ship you BRAND NEW, unused bedding. If you have a concern, please call us within three days within receiving your item; we will work it out with you. Our phone is 541-201-0808.  Please do not attempt a return without first contacting us. 

All sales are final on custom items.

Returns we do accept are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:  Please be very careful opening your package from us.  Using sharp blades can damage your beautifully hand made item!
